Instead of making a date to get everyone to the store at the same time - or worse yet, asking a sales clerk to help you decide - now you can look over, touch, feel and contemplate all of our selections, without being in a rush! The best part is there's never an obligation! Word of mouth is important to us, and whether you become a customer now, or decide to wait, you'll get our utmost respect, in hopes that you will share our name with others. (See our Testimonials.)

Here's how it works...
It's actually quite simple and informal. Typically, we'll just chat on the phone, or email, to get an idea of your time line and what you might be looking for. We'll pick a date that is convenient for you and your family.

As of Fall 2011, we now have a studio, where you can come in and browse our invitation albums. But the best part is that you can still borrow our albums (*deposit required) for a few days. Then just visit with your friends and family to go over the selections. It's on your own time. We're always available by phone to answer any questions you may have, and give you tips on how best to use the album.

That's it! You can enjoy the novelty of relaxing at home and perusing our selections on your own schedule. View with your family and friends, ask for opinions, and don't feel rushed.

We get many a bride who has tried to decipher their own online order, only to give up and come to us. They're happy to know they'll get the same exact thing, but now have the ability to touch and feel, and have a real live human to call anytime of the day with questions. Best part is our "service" is 100% FREE! You don't do this everyday... we do, so why not let us help?

*We do ask for a refundable, cash deposit to hold while you have our album(s) in your possession. We understand the daily wear and tear as people peruse our albums. Your refundable deposit is cheerfully returned to you when the album(s) are returned to us in the same manner as they were loaned out. Should the album be rendered useless, for some catastrophic reason, and we'd have to buy a replacement, there would be a $75 charge. But we don't see that happening. Our albums are pretty darn rugged. Rest assured, you are never under any obligation or pressure to buy. We believe in good word-of-mouth advertising, and want to be sure you're satisfied with our services so you'll share our name with others.

You'll enjoy the personal touch we give to "online customers" by offering our assistance to you directly BEFORE your order goes to print. When viewing the selections, be sure to use the search feature to refine your preferences.

Orders can be submitted "tentatively" right online. Once we receive notification of your order, we will email you personally to go over any questions you may have, etiquette errors we may see, wording suggestions and quantities.

You'll get professional assistance with over 30 years experience. We know all the ins and outs and will make certain to provide tips such as this common one... Tip: when deciding upon your quantity, figure "one" invitation per couple. You won't do one invitation per guest, which is a very common mistake. We'll help you with lots of other tips that you may not know, because this isn't something you do everyday.

Only after we are both certain that you have ordered all of the essentials for your invitation ensemble, we'll discuss payment or charge your card that you've supplied us with. Once payment is made, your order will be officially placed and shipped direct to you.
